I brought in several items back in early march. I got them back a week later, but one pair of pants was missing. I contacted them and they had no news about what happened to my pants. Over a month later I get a call and text that the item is there for me. When I contact them to see what happened they said I still have to pay for the pair of pants even though they lost it for over a month. When I tried to get an explanation they said they called (never did) and that I still had to pay. That's unacceptable to me since they lost it for over a month!! When I tried to get some reasoning behind this the guy hung up on me. Horrible customer service.

Very nice and respectful. Gave me a time when my clothes were ready to pick up.
