The the doctors are all very professional and they always bring my babies right back up to health but the front desk ladies are as rude as can be. Every time I call, they always have a short, snappy attitude with me when I ask questions. It doesn't seem like they like their job. Like I said the doctors & nurses are amazing but the front desk is simply rude. At first I put this at three stars but since the front desk is just the front desk, I'm going to continue with the five stars for the doctors and nurses.
