My daughter and I had the pleasure of speaking with Kelly an RN over the telephone. She needs a BIG Christmas Bonus and/or a Raise in her hourly pay. Let me tell you how much she is appreciated!!! Kelly the RN had the best personality, characteristics, understanding, and medical knowledge. Kaiser Permanente is so very blessed to have such a wonderful individual to work for their corporation. As it was a relief to be able to feel the compassion in Kelly’s tone. Kaiser Permanente HR has gone over and beyond with their quality of establishing Kelley as an RN with them. She has the best customer service and communication. It was the best experience at a doctors office, I’ve had all year long. Thank you Kelly for the being such an awesomely positive individual! We’re so very appreciative of your professionalism not only in healthcare but in communication!!!

My doctor who has saved my life many times over the years is retiring. Today when I saw him he was training a young man to follow in his footsteps. It made me proud to see my doctor passing on his experience and talent to the next generation of us. I want to thank Kaiser for my doctors help keeping me alive. I will miss him.
