Technician Den was wonderful, Company is very professional, I like the way they send written estimates, that they are on time and let you know when they are on their way, overall better service than I get from most appliance companies.

Avi arrived within the time window, was courteous and personable, and worked efficiently diagnosing my problem. I would call Prime Fix again if/when something else fails.
