I can't say enough positive things about my experience with Primo Tactical. I'd read all the great reviews and decided to give them a try since I'm newer to CA and wanted to order online and have a local FFL handle it. I'd had a bunch of questions and Ronnie was quick to answer them via text. Once the day came to go do all the paperwork, I was met with nothing but professionalism and friendliness from the whole crew, including Michelle and Celeste. They were all incredibly patient and helpful, and all so nice. The store is in a great location, their fees are the best I've found, and they're so easy to work with. If you're looking for a new FFL or somewhere to make a purchase, definitely swing by their shop!

Ronnie and Michelle are both awesome people. They are both very personable with great customer service. They show great support for law enforcement with donation funds to cadet and K9 programs. Ronnie was extremely helpful and understanding in answering all of my questions. Primo Tactical has earned my loyalty and highly recommend this place. You cannot go wrong here. Easy 5 stars.

I tried making my firearm transfer here but they never respond to my email and Phone call here. Then I decided to visit on their business hour to get some .45 acp and 5.56 ammo here but seems they're not open anymore，don't waste your time come here. Updated at 11/17/2020 4.38 PM.
