Dr. Chen has been such an amazing saving grace in this especially trying and uncertain time. This review is posted on behalf of my mother who was prescribed Xanax by her primary doctor at the beginning of COVID due to some anxiety she was experiencing. However, she was unaware this had addicting affects and began to experience severe withdrawal symptoms on top of the anxiety she already had. Her symptoms were physical and unbearable and it was tough for me to receive phone calls every hour from her on the verge of tears. I was so relieved to find Dr. Chen who spoke mandarin as well as English and offered teleconferencing for all appointments. His mandarin is really good and he gave my mom such a peace of mind. Dr. Chen was patient, understanding, listened to her specific needs. In the beginning, she was calling him a LOT because she was still nervous and he was so patient and would always be there either picking up her calls, or returning them right away. She had to adjust her medication multiple times to get to just the right one that worked for her and Dr. Chen was there every step of the way. I am so so so happy to have found him and don't know where we'd be without him today.
