These guys saved my bacon. Dealing with Xfinity was an absolute nightmare. The tech that Xfinity sent out literally couldn't crimp a coax cable to save his life so these guys came back out and did it the right way. Any time I called for a status update they told me exactly what was happening and what I could expect for a wait time if we needed a permit or something else. Super polite guys. They even had to dig a trench in my yard to run the coax to the side of my house and they did an excellent job of putting it all back together. If I didn't know where they dug from seeing it with my own eyes I'm not sure I could have told you the exact path they took. They even put the leafs back where they were before they dug. Nice guys, good service, couldn't believe some of the bad ratings they've gotten probably from being hired by Xfinity/Comcast so I decided to leave my own experience.
