The good news is that it was on order and would be in on Thursday. THANK YOU PAM FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I usually love writing positive reviews. However, I was forced to write this one due to circumstances. We have been shopping at princess auto for many years. We used to drive all the way to Langley to just shop there. Our group had two interactions with staff at the Abbotsford store. One was with the manager who the older caucasian lady. She was very well mannered, professional and approachable. Great customer service with her. The second interaction was a lady who's name I think was Bonny. She's a bit heavy-set/chubby with black hair and possibly of Indian decent. My interaction with her was at the time of entering the store close to closing time.
As soon as I walked in, she gave me an ugly look and stared me down. Then she went on talk to me in an aggressive tone indirectly indicating indicating that I was not welcome there.
Anyhow, we ended up leaving short after.
Customers!! if you see her steer clear..
Staff and management, please kindly consider getting her some professional training on communication and customer service.
I would like to continue being a customer, however most probably only after she is gone.
