Well, my family hired this service to arrive at 3, sad to say that Spider man and Wonder Woman (supposed to be Black Panther) finally showed up drunk(we can only assume that because of the way the characters were acting and the strong sent of alcohol coming off of them) at 8pm. I am disgusted with the service. After showing the other ‘co-owner’ the text from the other owner that she would refund us 30 dollar MORE than the down payment due to them being a no call no show at first, he said ‘sorry we mixed our parties up.’ NOT ONLY did my cousins son not get his Spider man, or Black panther, he got a DRUNK Spider man and Wonder Woman. They did not provide the games, nor reading, nor goodies bags that they said they would provide. I don’t care about the money, but the memories of my cousins sons birthday party. Please, save yourself the frustration. She got her money back but her son didn’t get a memorable Spider-Man super hero role model. TRASH service. Very unprofessional and the guests were very disappointed. *this company only provided 10 goodie bags, yet they promised 20. The reason there are pictures of presents being opened is because that’s when spider man and the girl decided to show up, so it’s common sense the party will go on. This company also logged onto yelp and made false accusations towards my cousin(parent) claiming she was intoxicated when she in fact doesn’t drink, and they only did that after I left my Yelp and google review, doesn’t add up. The company tries to add in the yelp that they refuse service, yet our whole situation is how they failed to provide it. The company does not know how to handle bad reviews so that is a double negative. Bad reviews wouldn’t be posted if you provided the service you promise. They claim we should be happy because they sent the characters ‘free of charge’ but don’t realize that they ruined a party so that is actually the LEAST they could do.
