I wanted to print 1 page out of a 276 page document and the incorrect directions went to the printer that told it to print the whole thing. I needed to cancel this job and was having a hard time doing so. Handy sticker on my printer let me call and speak to someone live who helped me troubleshoot. Success came shortly after with great support. Thank-you!!

Just to be clear I was not asked to write a review I’m just really impressed with the gentleman I just got off the phone with. I called to find out what it would cost to repair a cannon Pixma printer. I don’t even know where to begin very impressed. We have three small businesses and I’ve worked with other print repair companies and over the phone this guy was more knowledgeable than all of them combined. Naturally I wanted to know more and asked for pricing on a couple models that are sold on Amazon; his price was lower than Amazons. He went on to explain some of the things that I was unaware of that helped to understand my problem. Simply put I would highly recommend them for printer repair and new printer sales.

My HP 4050 printer cover broke and needed repair. Contacted Vince and he responded right away. He was able to diagnose the problem and come the same day to fix it. He is now my go to printer repair guy. Great communication and he knows what he is doing. Thanks Vince.
