My wife and I recently worked with Evan Karr at Priority Home Lending to purchase our first home. Not only were we first-time home buyers, but we were also purchasing a home in a new state. Working with Evan Karr was incredible. He made our first home buying experience a breeze. With each offer we wrote, he was actively engaged to help make tweaks and call the sellers agent to give us the best possible chance on the home, even in last-minute circumstances.
