I booked online and someone called to verify some info. On the day of my appointment, they never even showed. They didn’t even have the decency to tell me they’re not coming. Very unprofessional and I don’t recommend them to anyone.

My carpet had a deep stain, but after using this company the carpet returned as if it was new and shiny. They are punctual and the lady who answers the calls is nice and helpful, I highly recommend it,
