Don’t buy the water filter system under the cabinet. I had it replaced 4 TIMES and it didn’t filter the water, had a fish taste, tds super High, leaked, damaged my cabinet. I was told by ginger (owner) it was not her responsibility and I should contact my home insurance !!! A completely frustrating experience. Will never buy anything there again.

I purchased a filter and it wasn’t compatible with my shower head so I inquired about returning it. The emails back are very informal and unprofessional. They don’t include a return label so it cost me $20+ to return it and then they only refunded part of what I paid bc they don’t refund for what it cost to ship to them. So I lost $40 for a product that I never even used. TERRIBLE BUSINESS MODEL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

I legitimately can't drink water anywhere else except from this filter. No other water tastes the same anymore. With this portable unit I could hook a gardening hose up and the water would taste perfect, from the cleanest spring. Very satisfied with this product and have been taking care of my water filter for the past year and a half with no issues!
