My truck was leaking oil so having some good experiences w/ Jim at Procare in the past I decide to start there. He called me later that day after putting some tracer dye in the system to see where the leak was and asked if I had the oil changed recently. I had at Valvoline express. He said that they forgot to replace a part or seal that is a part of the oil filter and put the car up on the rack and ran the engine for 10 minutes and said he thinks he got it but to take it home and drive it around for a week to make sure. When I asked him what I owed him he said nothing. What shop would show that kind of integrity and service? I was expecting to pay serious $ for an oil leak because the truck only has 86000 miles on it - and I probably would have had I taken it somewhere else! Lesson learned on oil change express shops.

HONEST and HELPFUL! I recently took my son's Hyundai Sonata in for what I thought was a needed tune up. Jim called me a few hours later to let me know that it was far more serious and that I likely needed a new engine. Jim went above and beyond in telling me exactly what I needed to say to the dealership. I followed Jim's advice exactly and to my surprise Hyundai national covered the ENTIRE cost of the engine replacement (even though my warranty had expired!). I am truly grateful to Jim at ProCare for his guidance, which literally saved me THOUSANDS of dollars! I am customer for life! Thank you ProCare Auto!

ProCare Auto is the best. Jim is honest and trustworthy. After at least a decade of servicing my cars I’d go to no other. His team is top notch. Prices are much better than other places especially dealerships.
