I was quoted a price of $10 for dry cleaning each of my 2 jackets. I go out to the car and grab the jackets. Not even 2 minutes later the guy charges over $11 each. When I remind him of the price he just quoted me, he replied that he didn't remember ever saying that. What? Turnaround time is terrible as well. Will not go back and do not recommend. I'd give no stars of I could.

Took a down comforter here several months ago. They did a stellar job so I brought in another comforter for DRY CLEANING (per the attached tag with instructions). Last night, I put the 2nd comforter on my bed and realized that they machine washed and dried it instead! Now, it's a lumpy mess and I either have to replace or refill it! I'm out $200, can't buy an exact replica as it's discontinued, and warn everyone that you will need to give explicit instructions if you want your items cleaned properly. Sad because I really like the owners...

Rude customer service. Asked the price to dry clean a cotton comforter that was left out during a move…. The guy send it depends. I said, depends on what?… and then he hung up. Unprofessional/ rude.
