Looking for some new sets because, old clubs are being given away to younger sibling. Experience wise was not the best. As I was asked if I needed help from one of the salesman, with no name tag , told him my story about getting new clubs, and mentioned I had Taylormade Burners. Very old which were from the 2008 years. Wanted to see what they have as something similar to the Burners. The salesman said every brands except, Taylormade, Titleist, and Callaway not even asking about my budget range, experience, year I am looking for, nothing. I asked him, "what about (brands he did not mention earlier) those?" The salesman only said. "Oh we have them, I just won't talk about them." Stunned by his response. Asked again, "Why not?" Same response, "I just wont talk about them." Then left.
Later in the store I was looking at some more just to see. Same salesman helped out another customer, gave the same "review" and actually proceeded to talk about the Titleist whilst asking about a budget range and such. I immediately left and will not go back to this store. Poor customer service and did not even offer for trying out different clubs.
