Worst scans I've gotten back, period. On par with Walgreens garbage. I didn't know it could be this bad - film was expired yes and the smallest resolution scan was chosen yes, but me taking a few test shots of the negatives backlit by my iPad and editing them on Lightroom was leaps and bounds better. It's not just that the scans were bad, it genuinely seemed like they were not trying. Weirdest luminance and color banding ever - I could've done this better with my eyes closed. NEVER going here again.

The employees here are extremely nice and helpful here. The prices are decent and the quality and amazing especially when it comes to colors on scans, I would say it's the best place in Portland for scanning and development. One of my favorite things about pro photo is their amazing ability to always deliver on time, they give you a date and time that the scans will be emailed to you, and they have always delivered within 10 min of that time frame. I will continue to get my photos developed and scanned here for a long time to come

They take much longer than shutterbug, reformed film lab and others. They charge more also. I would only go here when I lived nearby, but for the price I'd definitely go somewhere else.
Prophoto: 1-2 weeks for scans (over two weeks once for me).
Others: 2-4 business days for scans.
They also can't have someone's email on file like everyone else. This would make checkout and delivery easier.
