Arrived as agreed, pumped a septic tank that had not had a service in more than 50 years. We only had a rough idea of the lid location, he found it on first try. For a nominal additional fee, he dug down 24" and found the lid. Pumped it refilled hole cleaned up and was complete in 1.5 hrs. Reasonable, reliable and reputable. Highly recommend Pro Pumping!
