I don't know how someone who is so rude to customers has managed to stay in business so long. I stopped in to ask about getting some patches sewn onto a leather vest. Not knowing about the actual process I asked if glue was used as well or just sewn on, in asking about the process she was apparently offended by that and displayed an even more rude attitude toward me. Ok, maybe she's having a bad day... I stopped in the next day to have the work done and she was even MORE rude to me claiming I was the one "demanding" it to be done a certain way and then outright told me she didn't want the business. I was warned before hand by a couple of friends NOT to deal with her but I figured how bad could it be... Real bad I guess.
