Ordered wheels and tires online from this shop. Sent them in 4 different packages that arrived individually over the course of a week. FedEx requires signature and doesn't allow esign for these. I tried and was informed that I needed to be there to sign. Lost time off work and am now dealing with an upset mgr. One of the wheels was delayed because the label was not properly affixed and fell off. When I reached out to the shop they were extremely condescending and told me "we don't own FedEx". I'm not 12 and understand how shipping works, don't need to explain to me that you don't own FedEx. they refunded the shipping. thank you, however I didn't need the 50 dollars I needed my purchase here on time. When the last wheel finally arrived late, still in the sellers packaging, was identical to the others, the center cap was missing. These are mounted with 6 allen screws. Please don't try to tell me someone at FedEx unscrewed all 6 and re-wrapped this in the same packaging and sent it to me. All in all a terrible experience for this much money and I will not recommend or purchase here again. Slightly overpriced as well. take your business elsewhere.
