First off the equipment was sub par at best. I used self serve after seeing the cars come out of the automatic wash still dirty. The attendant watched me the whole time I was washing my vehicle and came over and began yelling at me about washing my rims, and said that was against the rules (NO sign indicating this was an actual rule!) and didn't treat me like I was a paying customer. he then turned my wash off and told me to leave and my car was still soapy. Over all this was the worst car wash i have ever been to!!! I wouldn't recommend this car wash to anyone!

Anyone know how to get ahold of these guys? Paid for the works auto wash and right after it covered my car in soapy foam it quit working...no attendant on duty...drove around to one of the manual washing stations and it wouldn't work either.. the mi eyes and card reader were covered with tape. Finally paid for the other automatic spray wash (another 10 bucks) so I could see to get home and my car is still filthy. So disappointed and mad right now. Not sure how to go about getting a refund. Ughhhh

I went to rinse road dirt off my truck. I used a debit card an was charged $15. When I called Carlos hung up on me. I'll never spend my money there again. Beware!!!!
