PT was deceptive about their level of experience at our initial apt for my daughter. They had never worked on a child, nor were they familiar w her particular needs. If I had known they were still training and were not equipped to handle our needs, I would have gone somewhere else. My daughter ended up having to go somewhere else after a couple of months of PT. However, they are very friendly and accommodating scheduling needs.
Very impressed with the care I have received here. Michael and Maggie have been my physical therapists. They both make sure to listen to all of tour concerns, address them, and do everything in their power to enable you to get better. I was surprised by the amount of time they dedicated to my therapy. Both are very knowledgeable and make sure that they are on the same page as their patients.
The entire staff here is super friendly and helpful especially, V, Jimmy and Morgan. V and Jimmy always checked into with me to ale sure everything was going okay, answer any questions I had and made sure I was comfortable when doing stem therapy and icing. The whole clinic has a welcoming vibe.
