This is the worst association I have ever seen. I have owned a house for 10 years with two associations on it in Aliso Viejo. The other one that I pay most of my money to and that handles all the stuff I care about is awesome. This one does nothing, never bills me but constantly reminds me how I am legally required to pay even if they don't bill and then charges 25.00 to send a reminder letter and 10.00 late fee. They only collect 4 times a year so it's easy to forget and there's no autopay unless you pay an additional 15.00 per payment fee. Easy to see how they make money. If you accidentally pay past 30 days late they will charge you approx $400 for a form letter with misspellings that obviously was NOT done by an attorney. Do NOT buy a home anywhere that works with Professional Community Management of California. They suck.
