I've had a terrible time getting my order delivered correctly from this supplier. When they processed my order, they failed to send me an order confirmation or proof of a paid invoice. Then when I called to ask about my order, they had forgotten about it. The drop ship then arrived the next day, unbeknownst to the salesperson. Add to that, I only received part of the kit I ordered. Now it's been another week and I don't have the rest of the kit that was supposed to arrive 3 days ago. And I don't even have the tracking number for the shipment as they promised to provide.

This has been a real wake up call to let me know that there are still companies (like PCS) that have terrible customer service and as a buyer I should beware.

Of all my stops this is the worst. Receiver Mark is rude every single time. Almost like he gets rubbed the wrong way having to offload 🤷🏼‍♀️
