Roman was terrific. He arrived on time was extremely courteous and performed his tasks methodically and completely. I felt confident in Roman's assessment of the builders work. Furthermore his report, pictures, and videos were well thought out and useful in explaining what needed to be repaired and why. I highly recommend Roman if you are looking for a home inspector.
