I understand charging for medical records, but $30 for 5 chart notes seems a little absurd. When calling to discuss and possibly dispute this fee, the girl on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. When asking to speak to a manager she said she is the manager and no one else can help. She then said the owner works there and will be in later that day and he may be able to find time to call back if he isn’t busy. After more conversation expressing my frustrations and trying to figure out what else we can do she then hangs up on me.

If I could get lower than a one star I would. This company not only delayed my medical records getting sent to my new doctor by 3+ weeks, they also “accidentally” sent my records to a random employee of that office’s employee email. So, that random person now has access to my medical records. I have time sensitive tests I need to get done and have had them fail to send my record correctly three times. They also upload your records to some online portal that your new doctor’s office will have to log into to get your records instead of actually faxing over the records. I am so beyond mad about the violation of privacy and huge delay in my medical care.
