Update: Cal, the owner, made this right! He called, asked me to bring in the sweatshirt so he could see it, and he had it fixed within just a couple of hours! Thank you, Cal, for being concerned, conscientious, and willing to go the extra mile to make the sweatshirt look nice. I appreciate it!
I took in a sweatshirt to have embroidered names added to it. The first time, it turned out beautifully. The second time I took in the same sweatshirt to add another name (to match the first name), it came back with a different font size and wonky spacing. I asked for it to be fixed, and the spacing was fixed, but the font was left smaller. I figured I would try it again, since I had two more names to add. "Same font, same size, same spacing" was apparently not clear enough. When I received it back, the additional names were a lot smaller and the spacing was uneven. If it is difficult to match font/size/spacing from previous jobs, it would be helpful to know that upfront.
