Matt and his team are both extremely knowledgeable and profession when it comes to everything bike related. Both when I dropped my bike off for service and when I had my frame swapped, they were thoroughly detailed in what would happen and gave me very realistic expectations of when it would be complete. Pricing was extremely fair for work completed. I live in Seattle and will never have a problem driving to Progression to have my bikes worked on! 5 out of 5 and more!

Not your typical bike shop. Everyone is approachable, knowledgeable and all about helping customers. They love bikes and take the time to help meet the customer where they are at. No matter your riding level, they will work with you to have the best experience you have ever had at a shop. Matt walked me through every step of building my dream bike and Ethan the crew has kept it in perfect shape. Love these guys!

I have been using this bike shop since it opened in Klahanie several years ago. Always have had excellent service and response and they have even put my bike up on the stand and corrected a minor problem on the spot. Just picked up my Transition Scout mountain bike yesterday. I had them do a full service on it — fork, shock, bearings, and suspension seat post all working like new. I think they do top-notch work and highly recommend the shop.
