Working with Ross is Great! Super friendly and has a great system and intro with questions to determine your goals and make you think about how you want to improve your fitness. I have worked with a lot of trainers throughout my life and the questions he asks and exercises he puts you through are completely aligned pushing you just before over exertion and training muscles you may otherwise neglect. Would highly recommend!

Ross is consummate professional. He listens extremely closely and asks very meaningful questions. I've worked with trainers that have had a bit of an ego, and it is clear from the first moment that Ross is interested in one thing: helping you be your fittest self for the long term. I told him what my workout routine was, and how many days a week I was working out. I was half-expecting him to trash it and tell me I was doing it all wrong. Instead he encouraged me to keep with and offered to observe a workout, make some tweaks, and add his considerable experience to help me achieve the goals I'd set for myself. It really feels like I am collaborating with an expert and fitness consultant than simply a personal trainer.

Ross is a wonderfully skilled trainer! He's very knowledgable and thoughtfully plans each session with your goals in mind. He knows how to push you just hard enough to make progress while keeping it fun. I appreciate his warm and grounded demeanor - you have his full attention and support throughout every session.
