At my work, we were undergoing a remodel, and we had this beast of an old telephone system attached to our wall. Everyone we asked about it practically ran away screaming. Until Jim. If you're looking for someone who will take care of your problem with professionalism, efficiency, and a cheerful attitude, Jim is your man. He came in, took one look at it, and said "I can take care of that for you." And within minutes, it was all taken down and a wall had never looked so beautiful before. Thank you, Jim, for being the hero we need, not the hero we deserve.
