The nurses here have been AMAZING. They have worked tirelessly to keep me as comfortable as possible during one of the most scary and vulnerable experiences I have had yet in my life. They have been wonderful advocates for me to get the care I needed. They are knowlageable, compassionate, and judgement free. I have never felt so safe with strangers. The neuro nurse team are angels on earth.

My friend was in for knee surgery and they tried telling her she had congenital heart failure🤦♀️ Once it was realized it was the wrong patient, she was transferred to #651. Dr. refused to see her until I mentioned talking to an ombudsman. The doctor, whose name I didn’t get, has thee worst bedside manner I have ever encountered.

Our family wants to thank you so sincerely for the recent surgery on my aunt Donna Krego..although the outcome wasn't expected she had a great deal of health problems and was 77 years old a d one thing I know.. your hospital did the very best they could..no one could have tried any harder or did any better and that's all that matters and I know how upset doctors truly get ..when it takes a turn for the worst..she insisted on going to your hospital because her granddaughter Bailey Krego is a R.N. in the operating room there and my aunt Donna was so proud of her and so thankful for how well your hospital treats Bailey and helps guide her for success in life!
