Easiest experience ive had starting w/a new ins company. The lady,(Chloe, i believe) was on it! Fast,efficient, helpfull and seemed very knowledgable of her job, what i was wanting, and made it happen. I hung up the phone feeling well informed. This lady sounded very young but dealt w/me like shes been doing this for years! Chloe,(i think that was your name) thank you again for your AWESOME customer service!

I had to add yet another vehicle to my insurance policy and really wasn't looking forward to making the call but i spoke to Leticia and she made the whole transaction very easy. She was knowledgeable and made the addition very easy...thank you Lety!
