I’ve been to Proper Cuts twice and both times have been on a Sunday afternoon. The first time there was a bit of wait and I needed cash, so I left. When I came back, there was no wait. The second time I had to wait a little under 10 minutes. Haircuts are $9! Really satisfied with the price and the quality of the cut so I will be going back.

This was my first visit and it definitely won't be my last, I was completely happy with my haircut, Sabrina (the owner and the one who cut my hair) was very friendly and really listened as to how I wanted my hair, very enjoyable experience and I would highly recommend it
