The Property Management Company has managed my California investments for 15 years. They are excellent! The phones are answered immediately and there is an unusual dedication to providing to service to me and my tenants.

Do not buy or lease a place that uses this management company! We’ve had nothing but issues and quite frankly they are useless. We bought a townhome a couple of years ago and pay a HOA every month. Usually HOA fees cover the amenities that are offered in your complex. The only thing this HOA covers is pool and gardening. The gardening is minimal and they stopped heating the pool because it cost too much. They tried saying 74 degree pool water is acceptable when the Red Cross says that kids shouldn’t be swimming in water less than 78 degrees. How are they collecting almost $20,000/mo in HOA fees, yet they can’t afford to heat the pool 3 months out of the year? So, if they’re not heating the pool which is the only other expense, you’re gonna tell me they’re spending $20,000/mo on gardening? I think not! I would never buy a place that uses this management company again! There’s plenty of other issues we’ve had to, this is just the latest one. Ugh! Stay clear!
