The organization is quite messy and as a tenant having to use Property Solutions for a rental property, the communication is quite poor and the "solutions" provided toward the rental experience have been awful. It almost seems more effective and convenient to manage the maintenance of the rental property on our own.
After previous tenants have moved on, the rental property was not properly cleaned or restored, items were broken, and we were held responsible for damages that occured or were neglected from previous tenants.
Would not recommend this team.
