I had the pleasure of dining at Prosecco Trattoria with my co-workers and we were greeted and served promptly and courteously The food was demonstrably fresh and seared to my desired specifications, and the ambience was well thought out.
I had the Jidori free range chicken breast with portobello marsala. It was genuinely delicious.
I highly recommend Prosecco Trattoria.

We went here for my birthday. It was on an early Saturday evening. It seemed to be getting busy by the time we left at around 6:30. The service is excellent. I appreciated the kindness of the host as he was very aware of people's needs, including rushing to open the door for a disabled person. The service was also great. More importantly was the food. It was so good, I pretty much licked my plate clean. I had the short rib bolaignais. Amazing. For the birthday treat, along with a rendition of "happy birthday", I received a small panna cotta. Very good, I was glad it was small as it was quite rich. I must come back to try some of their other entrees.

Atmosphere was terrific, it was kind of intimate. Met this amazing older man name Loyd and he made my night (he was a customer). Anyways, my boyfriend got the Arrabiota and I got the chicken and artichoke (I should've gotten the shrimp or short rib).His dish was delicious, mine was decent, but I will come back to try their other dishes and to hopefully run into Loyd again! There's also free bread, but its not warm. My boyfriend loved eating here. We were celebrating our 1 year and 3 months. Waiters were friendly and the fronthouse man was super nice. Enjoyed my dinner here.
