Timur had space to see us the very next day, and said he would turn up at 10am - which he did. He diagnosed the likely problem, then gave us two options - one which would possibly solve the problem, and one that would definitely solve the problem. He was very personable, professional, and was honest about what was needed. He sent estimates through on the spot, and got onto ordering the parts straight away. I would definitely recommend Timur and his company Prosolutions, and will hire them again if/when needed.
