I wish I had a positive review.

I contacted Prospect about a list of accredited investors to do an email campaign to. I have been dealing with lists since 1992, and had used their services about 10 years ago. At that time, it was great, but what a difference a 10 years can make! The email campaign got zero clicks, but they claimed I had hundreds. Since it was linked to a YouTube video, I got to see how many views the video got. The number was zero from their "effort."

I understood that sometimes email just isn't the right approach, so I asked if I could just get the list and call the people directly. There was not a harsh word between us at this point, and they gave me the list. I called the first 100 people on the list; not a single person answered. I had a dialer call 400 more people. They had 2 answers.

Prospect has refused to make any effort to make any kind of effort to fix the situation by saying they are not responsible for the outcome on a verified list. When I mentioned my results, they called 100 people and claimed to have 20 replies. I had my dialers call the same people again and they got a total of 16 people answering the phone. 36 out of 500 names on the list answering is not a verified list. I told them that I would be fine if 30%-40% of the list didn't answer a call, but less than 20% was unacceptable. They then said it was because I was calling from "known scam area codes." When I checked, I found that every area code has scam calls, it can't be helped. I pointed this out to them and they went silent.

They used to be a great company, but I can't recommend them at all. At best you might get lucky, at worst you might get a very old list with a very high percentage of dead numbers, or numbers nobody answers.
