My two stars are given as a result of poor client care. Let me explain, I took my child into the office after presenting with a serious deep cough, I was prescribed an inhaler for my kid and told to return in 3-5 days if symptoms worsened so that an antibiotic could be issued. Four days later we returned because there is no improvement seen. We are then questioned by a different Dr., a new Dr. in training and a nurse, as to if we are using the anti biotic that were sent in, so now I am feeling responsible. So i go to the pharmacy and inquire they say they have no record of receiving. So i call the "Dr." Office and double check. The receptionist is so sweet and helps me because all the Dr.’s are on lunch. She looks and confirms there is no record of the meds being issued in the system. However nothing can be sent until they return. So after several hours i get a call saying they don’t know why the pharmacy said they didn’t get but they will resend. Okay fine . So we get the antibiotics and we use the Benadryl they advise we use and the inhaler and humidifier and warm liquids "tea and honey or just warm water and honey. No relief.. Zero! So we inquire on a cough syrup and we are told to just use Benadryl. Now my child has missed school since last Friday my husband and I cant sleep trying to help provide some sort of relief. So we are exhausted, it is obvious that there is no actual care for the well being of the patients seen at this location

A little advice for both the Prosser and Benton City clinic. Fire everyone and start over. Your people are rude, unprofessional, and incompetent. I've been to clinics and hospitals all over the West Coast and these two are by far the worst .

Today I went to the Prosser clinic for my son's appointment due to a mix up that was told to me. His appointment was February 5th at 3pm when I got here the receptionist was very rude tells me it was not in prosser but in benton city. Tells me one moment as she called over to benton city and continues on the phone telling who ever she was speaking to that the triash nurse told me it was in prosser. I never said that's who told me. I had all 3 of my boys under 6 with me and they were getting impatient. My 4 year old jumped on the chair so I went to speak to him and tell him to settle down. Seeing me do this the receptionist very rudly told me to control my children and not let them jump on the chair. And I said I am. And I told her we were just going to leave and she said one moment that she was trying to get him in today. I said it's fine I'll just drive to benton city since that's where the appointment was and she said she was going to try and get him to be seen in prosser I said okay its just my children were impatient and again very rudly the nurse goes on and says "yes, I see that." So I told her to cancel and I was just going to leave. I will never come here again. And I would never recommend! I have never experienced this kind of disrespect here before.
