This piano shop has so many pianos, all with different personalities. The atmosphere is fun, the shop is well kept, and they offer lessons. I get mine from Marzena who's super helpful and pushes you to be the best you can be. Very nice variety of pianos too.

I purchased a digital Kawai CA401 from Prosser as a second piano, specifically for silent practicing with headphones so that I have more time to practice when the volume of my grand piano might not be too appreciated. Bob and Rich were so fun to work with: super-helpful, low-key, never pushy, always full of patience and good humor, they made the search for the digital piano a pleasure. Bob understood that the action was all-important to me, and he was full of information about different models and how they might fit my needs. He also gave me the space to come to a decision. Once I knew that the CA401 was what I wanted, Rich was able to deliver it, assemble it, and give me an orientation the very next morning!

If you are shopping for a piano, come here. Do not waste your time going anywhere else.
The people that work here are are incredible they are extremely knowledgeable, and they both provide impeccable customer service. The two gentlemen who worked here made the stressful process of looking for a digital piano enjoyable.
They also don’t do what other local music shops do around here and markup their prices way above what these instruments retail for. Every instrument in this store is reasonably priced.
Seriously. Shop here if you are looking for a piano. The selection and prices are the best, and the customer service here is unparalleled.
