Surgeon and her staff at this location are extremely unprofessional. Beware all Prosser Memorial Health clinics, but especially this one. Surgeon will cancel your surgery hours prior due to you leaving poor reviews on her clinic, as well as input blatant lies into your MyChart notes.
Took 7 months to get this surgery set up, after her receptionists were hard to reach for weeks. Got surgery scheduled, and surgeon cancels last minute day of. I attempted to go into the clinic to get paperwork signed releasing me back to work since I cannot afford 10 unpaid days. Surgeon refused, and left notes in my chart that I was attempting to get MORE time off, instead of trying to go back to work despite me calling and verifying they could do that and handing them the paperwork that they apparently did not read.
