Today was my first visit here. I had excellent and professional service when I checked in, during my hearing test and time with the nurse. My time with Dr Malone went great also. Pleasant personality and didn't rush and listened to all my concerns.

Apparently you need two separate appointments for post nasal drip leading to chronic sore throats because those are "two separate issues" the person on the phone was curt and only would say that's their policy Considering people are struggling financially and specialists are expensive, it's ridiculous to have to go twice, be charged both times for related issues. Absolutely ridiculous
