They keep having me get new doctors because they keep leaving and then will charge you for getting a new provider and They never say you'll be charged it's always a surprise, so you will never know until way later that the visit wasn't covered. It's a scummy place that is never transparent about any charges.

It’s not surprising this place has a 3 star review. It should be lower. Truly one of the least caring medical facilities I’ve ever been to. I’ve canceled my relationship with this facility and dr hall after severe unprofessional and unpleasant treatment by the staff here. If you are a few minutes late they will cancel your appointment without warning regardless of your medical need. There’s no warning this draconian uncaring policy will be applied until it’s too late. They will tell you to go suffer somewhere else.

Walked in for my 9:20am apt at 9:31 because of traffic and they refused to let me see my doc. Medications are highly important and if a patient is one minute past the “10 minute late check in” shouldn’t be turned away. My health is more important than that. I will be changing my doctor.
