Ok, so I am not happy with Providence Endocrinologist Spokane. I have a life threatening issue. My primary doctor sent in an URGENT referral for them to see me. No phone call from them so I call them. here is their response. Sorry, your referral is denied. I ask why. Their reply....."We have limited staff and we just can't get you in to be seen". I won't use any profanity here, but, you can use your imagination as to what I am saying right now. A very lousy and irresponsible reason to deny an URGENT referral from a doctor for his patient. I am planning on contact Providence main office and fill them in and let them know about this.

I tried to notify them that one of their caregivers was saying that people who are transgender are mentally ill. They replied saying that their staff's "opinions" do not affect the care that patients receive. However, human rights are not an "opinion" and the fact Elizabeth McGowan (the caregiver in question) is working with children, this could open up an opportunity for her to harm those innocent babies. Specially, this happened with Providence Inland Northwest.
