Holy Family has been so good to my family over the past 6 years. They are currently caring for a family member and doing an exceptional job. From the E.R. to the ICU then to Progressive Care... the front desk staff and all the care/people in between. You are seen and I appreciate each of you. ❤️🙏

I just was discharged couple days ago from holy family Hospital. I started out in the ER where I had taken carvedilol instead of furosemide and both medication‘s look similar. I became very dizzy and an ambulance came. They threw me on the gurney. The nurse was very unprofessional on the ride there when I got to the hospital I was taken to, an ER room and the nurses and staff accused me of purposely overdosing on carvedilol I had told them what had happened. They went and did a drug test without my permission and methamphetamine, amethamphetamine and cocaine was found in my system but no carvadiol I have no idea where the cocaine came from. I hadn’t done cocaine in years I had taken some cold pills for allergies and I believe that they were false positives. The ICU doctor had stopped all of my medication‘s told me not to take them anymore. I didn’t know this doctor and he didn’t know me and then when I was being discharged, he wanted to get blood and give me a Entestero to see what it did with my blood pressure. He told me I would be out in 24 hours. Well it was longer than 24 hours before I was discharged they kept dragging their feet. They are very unprofessional very rude and I don’t trust them. I will never go to that hospital again. They basically called me a liar. I had low blood pressure when I was in the ICU and when I finally got home, I took my blood pressure and it was normal Including the heart rate. If you want to be insulted and called a liar and treated with disrespect then go to that hospital they’re good for that.

Took my mother to the hospital this morning and I am beyond displeased with the ethical professionalism and the cleanliness of the ER rooms.
While waiting in the ER waiting room 3 am this morning. The staff sitting at the front desk were bashing and down talking their peer and her work ethic. Then a patient came in stating he needed labs drawn before 8. The staff said they do not know when they open and he needed to wait. He asked if they had someone who did know and they said no. He sighed and left. They then started to talk about the patient and dramatized the store and laughed. I then told them “ Don’t you know I can hear everything you are saying.” The one lady at the front told me “and” I told them “what is ethical about what you are doing and you were just talking poorly of your coworker.” They then had work to do. Pictures that I have posted are of the room my mother got pulled back to, to be seen. Yes, that is blood on the wall and floor along with a dirty bandaid and dried urine. More training and awareness is needed. My mom worked for providence for 30 years and was saddened to see how things were.
