Recently retired from the military last summer 2022. My wife has been trying to get an appointment since September with her primary Dr. Calling at least once a week for almost 6 months. She kept getting told from the schedulers there were no appointments available with the provider. It took me calling today and a deaf ear to any NO's to establish an appt with another doctor.
What kind of organization are you running? I have a spouse and children with healthcare concerns that kept getting blown off because you don't have the capacity to HELP? Please re-evaluate the training your personnel are receiving. This is the reason why you have a 3.6 rating. More importantly local families are suffering needlessly due to laziness of your employees. Feel free reach out..... At the end of the day I bet you won't.

Aside from the wonderful care I receive from my primary doctor (Dr. Maude Gibbs) the urgent care department is excellent! I was seen by Dr. Hanna and she was caring and extremely professional! She took the time to listen and address my issues. Thnk you so much!

It took me 2+ months to get an appointment for a wellness visit and when I got there Dr blackner assistant was rude and condescending and then blamed me for “treating her badly” … I left before I actually did. I was there for an annual visit and I answered her question but was mocked because I had already gotten a referral and I quote “that’s all we can do, we can’t help you” is what she told me. I already gotten the appt but that was one of my main concerns and that was her question. That assistant has no business in healthcare with sick people, her bedside manner is disgusting. I rarely leave reviews but I waited 2 months and waited 40 min for her to just treat me like garbage. Never again will I walk through those doors.
