This office has failed immensely regarding the Covid-19 vaccine for children aged 5-11. We have called repeatedly for information about when it will be available and what the plan is. They have no information and no sense of urgency. Every other pediatrician we have reached out to had a plan in place and began vaccinations already (unfortunately we aren't patients of those other clinics, so we are not eligible). You would think a clinic associated with the major hospital in town would have been the first to figure this out. It is beyond disappointing because it is directly impacting the safety and welfare of the children of their practice. The lack of communication, urgency, or care is appalling.

Twice I’ve called to reschedule an appointment for my son for better time and when we showed up to the appointment I’ve been told that I’m not scheduled for that time. I even mentioned who I spoke with to reschedule. From there I explained how I took time from work and it isn’t easy to leave the house with a baby, but they didn’t try to accommodate or anything either times. This is twice and my son is only 6 months! Unacceptable.

Very unfriendly staff (the doctors s we’re very nice sadly their staff ruins the experience ) very unfriendly and unprofessional. They canceled my kids appointments behind my back with no notice on multiple ocasions and I only found out and was able to reschedule because I called my self on a separate matter and happened to confirm appointment times only to be told they were canceled. Because the dr left or something like that. . but when we missed the one appointment we were canceled and received a very unfriendly certified letter (very extra ) as though we missed the appointments on purpose they took incredibly personal and we were told they couldn’t trust us and did not want a relationship with our family because we missed an appointment . I have twins their missed appointment counts as two. It felt very vindictive . Their approach to us making an honest mistake due to having twin newborn babies as well as three other children . Entirely unfriendly experience but I am very happy they canceled out appointments i would not want to go to such an unfriendly and rigid facility. I regret transferring because our twins were born at sacred heart . Big mistake huge and a huge waste of time !!! I would not reccomend this office to any busy family of young children because they clearly don’t understand that life happens .
