The staff is always been courteous to me and Dr. Moyle is absolutely the best! She gets right to the issue, is decisive and takes action right away, yet is reassuring in her presentation.

Dr. Meghan Moyle and the rest of Care Team A are truly angels sent from heaven. She is the most amazing PCP I have ever had, and her PA Brandy is just as awesome. Dr. Alena Lee is down to earth, always makes me smile, and I value her care immensely. I live 30 miles away with other care facilities much closer, but I will continue to come here and see this staff for my care. I am always listened to, regarded, and treated with kindness and respect. They have helped me overcome many issues. I am so glad I came here and recommend this practice to anyone looking for a new provider.

First time here. I understand masks are still needed in health care settings but I have never had an issue with getting one at the door like Vancouver clinic or legacy health. Right off the bat, RUDE receptionist. This was our first time and we clearly looked lost and they were not helpful, we needed the lab services and she acted like she had no idea because we didn't know the name of the lab. We told her it says suite 200 and once again, she still could not give a direct answer of where that is. She talked down to us because we didn't know where to go. She just said "there's a directory behind you", okay I get it but your the receptionist so how about you just simply and kindly tell us which way to go because that is your job, not telling us to look at a directory when you are literally 10 feet infront of us. I am a receptionist as well so I know how easy it is to just do your job and kindly direct people. Not just yell at them from behind the desk. No manners. Rude. And no compassion for customer service.
