This is the absolute worst care I have ever received. I went in to establish primary care with Dr. Maria Montenegro. My first appointment I was already uncomfortable. I have dealt with severe anxiety and ADHD my entire life - fairly common issues - and without asking any questions about my history or symptoms, Dr. Montenegro looked me up and down and stated that I was "probably fine" without the medication I had been taking for over 10 years because I "looked healthy."
She sent through the prescriptions regardless, however, but neglected to sign the authorization form that would allow the pharmacy to fulfill it. Over the course of several MONTHS I called and left messages with various staff members about the issue, left voicemails for the medical records department (who NEVER seem to be in office) to help with any necessary paperwork, and left messages for my primary care doctor on MyChart. I was literally left on read by an entire doctor's office.
Save yourself a couple of months of frustration and just find a different primary care office.
