It's a nice facility.
I went in with my daughter for her 4 month appointment. We had made the appointment about a month in advance, but the hospital had failed to keep certain immunizations in stock. Now my husband has to take time off work again to watch our other child so that I can go back to the hospital so that they can do what I paid them to do the first time around.
It's not the worst thing in the world, but shows bad management of resources, and also a complete disregard for my time and expenses.
Update: I'm removing a star (from 3 to 2), because I called the office and the receptionist was so incredibly rude to me. I'm switching doctors, I just can't take it anymore.
